Last weekend we took the boys to the sibling class at the hospital. They shared a lot of great information for them on being safe with the baby, not putting things in her mouth, what toys are safe, etc. They were also taught how to hold the baby, diaper her, and swaddle her. After they got their certificates, they got to wear their Dr. gear (Shane opted out this time)and we went upstairs to see the newborns and rooms where I will stay. The did really well and learned a lot- especially given Shane thought he was the one teaching the class since he explained every rule to all of us and was a big "help" to the teacher.
