Good things (and some not-so-good) things come in 3's!

The number 3 was big for us today! It was my birthday today and I would like to report we had nothing but fun celebrating, but life got in the way of that for now. We'll celebrate more this weekend, but today was all about 3's.....
Shane got THREE teeth pulled today since the teeth were coming in behind it before some were even loose...he was so brave, but he did tell me that his friends at school said the tooth fairy brings $1,000 a tooth so I think he is looking forward to that- me too!

Shelby had her 2 month appt today and had to get THREE shots, which was so sad for her and mommy. She is a healthy 12 lbs and 23 1/2" which is average in length and 90% in weight so she can hold her own with 2 big brothers. Her band-aids mark the spots and the tylenol made her sleepy

But she was still up for going out for ice cream to celebrate my birthday that evening!

Between those two appts and Shane's summer reading program that he does an hour a week, Ryan got to wait around for THREE hours, which is hard to do when you are THREE!

He jumped up here and looks like a bobblehead! Silly boy....

After all that fun, we managed to have enough energy left to celebrate my 33rd birthday for lunch while John was home. Here are THREE of the reasons I feel like the luckiest thirty-THREE year old in the world...

Although it was not a day of celebrating, it was a day being a mom and that is what I love the most, so spending time with my family still made it special. Besides, they needed lots of extra hugs and kisses from mommy so those were the best presents of all!
