Her "real" birthday morning, at the house before school. Can you tell we are moving??
Whoever said 2 year olds don't appreciate birthdays or like a big party has never met Miss Shelby! She had so much fun and she still talks about her party, cake, gymbo, and thinks everytime we get together it is to celebrate "Shelby birthday!". Here are the pictures from her party at Gymboree with her friends.
Her birthday weekend was the week we moved into the apartment and closed on the house, but we found the time to celebrate our little girl! It was a nice reason to take a break from boxes and have some fun after 3 weeks of manic packing.
After the party, we went to dinner at Red Robin, where she got her favorite- mac n' cheese! Since we did not have a "home", we went to Grandma and Grandpa's to open presents and BOY did she have fun! Grandpa was a big helper too and she gave lots of thank you kisses!

Over spring break, we converted her bed to a big girl bed and she did great- no problems, just like the boys. She loves being a big girl!
Shelby loves to read! She did a lot of laying around playing or reading in whatever room I was packing up this month. Such a good lil' girl!
